Terrible Service
Review over Myphotobook.nlTerrible Service.
The photobook arrived 10 days after it was due - too late for the 50th birthday party it was made for.
After 5 days I called and was told it still hadn't been printed. No email or call to warn me - they simply were going to send it our late.
As it hadn't been sent, I asked for it to be sent by fast post. They said this was impossible. I even asked if I could pay for the fast post. They refused. Said it wasn't possible.
They offered a voucher, but I refused.
I'll never use them again.
For information, their .nl site is actually a printer in Berlin - making it harder for them to actually help when there are problems like this
The product itself is fine.
